The biggest of drops...the highest of mountains!

If you get a chance, pop over to a new weight loss buddy just starting out on the road to wellness. He is going for the Big Drop and will need our help to get stuck into it!

Just saw this site and thought I would write in. I have started a program back on 11/05/05 and today have lost 70pounds so far. I have a long way to go, but it works. I eat 5 times a day. I walk and do fast track walking indoors. I don't call this a diet, I call it a life style change.

Congratulations on your loss so far!!! That is great! I have lost 122 so far. I had lost almost 172, but stress and emotional eating took control and kicked me back up. Keep up the great work!!!

Thanks, good luck to you also. That is fantastic. I have about 50 to 60 pounds more to go. I really love this program I am on. I have tried, DIETS before but they didnt' work. They are only temporary. I need something that will work for me the rest of my life. I now have power over what I eat. That is amazing.

Pam Mak: Congrats on your weight loss. That seems like a lot of weight for 4 months. I started walking for exercise Dec. 1, about a month after you, and have lost 37 pounds so far, but boy, you are really dropping fast. What are you doing for exercise? I walk fast 6 miles a day, five days a week. Of course, i didnt start with that distance when i started in December. I also am just trying to eat much more veggies and fruits. Let me know if you have some secret that seems to be working better. Would love to know.
