I didnt manage to submit my weight last week as I have moved and dont have an internet connection but last week I weighed in at 16 stones 12lbs, and this week I have weighed in at 16 stones 7lbs. :)

Wanted to make a comment on your previous day's post-- about not looking as good as you think you should with the weight you've lost so far...

There is something freaky that happens with this weight loss thing. The first 25 or 30 pounds on me did NOTHING for the way I looked. It was only when I had lost 35 pounds and dropped almost 3 sizes before people noticed. Before I looked better. Seriously, if I had gained back 5 pounds around that 35 pounds lost mark, I would have looked worse again. So, don't give up hope! You are probably only 5 or 10 pounds away from looking how you THINK you should look with the weight off. It's weird, but true.

Your son is precious. That is the sweetest picture. My boy is 22 months old and has the warmest, funniest spirit. My husband was just saying today, that in the movie Hook, Peter's wife tells him he's missing out on his kids-- and that "we have this small window of time when they WANT to be with us." I'm going to remind myself of that the next time my kids want me when I think it's more important to be cleaning or cooking or working--it's clearly not.

BTW, thanks for the posts in the past about AB. I was reading her blog this weekend and was inspired. Am looking forward to reading her story.

I work in IT and it can be a thankless task sometimes. No-one ever talks to us unless something is broken - just like you don't phone BT to say thank you because your phone is working today!

But waking up "jettisoning blood out of my 'nether regions'" comes under the same heading I think.
