That seems like a lot of weight for 4 months. I started walking for exercise Dec. 1, about a month after you, and have lost 37 pounds so far, but boy, you are really dropping fast. What are you doing for exercise? I walk fast 6 miles a day, five days a week. Of course, i didnt start with that distance when i started in December. I also am just trying to eat much more veggies and fruits. Let me know if you have some secret that seems to be working better. I have started a program back on 11/05/05 and today have lost 70pounds so far. I have a long way to go, but it works. I eat 5 times a day. I walk and do fast track walking indoors.
