The idea is you join anytine you like and weekly I work out the cumulative weight loss from the starting weight as a &age..geddit?<BR/><BR/>The theory is, if you miss a week, you can still play as you just weigh-in next time.<BR/><BR/>The winner is the person who has lost the biggest %age of their strating weight by 31 Dec 2007.<BR/><BR/>I will post soon to explain the rules a bit better!
