My older brother is really obessem so iv'e always been feared of ending up overweight, so always been really careful with what i eat, and i actually don't like most fatty foods and sauces....I'm into my weight training a lot to aswell so try to eat a lot of natural foods...But this blogg is intresting..

not to be mean,and i know this post is from 2 years ago. But not being able to go to the gym,is a lame-ass excuse. I cant even go to a gym,and ive lost 20 lbs. You can do exercise at home,if you dont have a car,you can walk. Lame excuse. Im only saying it because ive done that a lot with myself. When losing weight,you have to be really hard on yourself,and after you lose it even harder to keep it off. Or else you end up being a yo-yo dieter. So best of wishes,i've been trying to lose weight for 9 months so far. Dont want someone else to end up in this rut.
